The main style of yoga is Vinyasa Flow, which is breath-synchronized movement and stems from Hatha Yoga. The breath connects body to mind, and is your guide throughout the practice. It is important to stay focused on the breath. The “Flow“ is the transition from pose to pose, allowing the body to be in constant motion while continuously resetting the mind, so it is constantly adjusting and communicating with the body, fostering a deeper sense of awareness of one’s individual self. The increase in body temperature as sweat beads may begin to form, allows for detoxification of the body, and increases energy levels, while endocrines are released. Deep stretching and balancing and strengthening poses are combined, and you receive all the benefits of your entire workout in the ending minutes of peaceful relaxation.
Beginner/Level I – Designed for students who are new to yoga, or for students who would like to deepen their understanding of yoga postures, so that they can improve their practice.

Level I/II – Designed for students who understand the basics, and would like to challenge themselves some more, while practicing at their own level.
